ABOUT US

The Atulniya Shiv Shagun Welfare Foundation (ASSWF) is a socially committed non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities through education, skill development, environmental conservation, and the rehabilitation of ex-servicemen. Established in 2019, ASSWF works extensively in rural and underserved regions of Himachal Pradesh, with a special focus on promoting traditional farming, rural sports, and sustainable development. Through adventure training, mountaineering programs, and expert-led workshops, the foundation fosters resilience, self-reliance, and environmental stewardship among youth, women, and ex-army personnel. All its efforts are aimed at creating meaningful, lasting change at the grassroots level.

ASSWF was founded by Major General Atul Kaushik (Retd.) and the late Shiv Prabal Kaushik, whose vision was to build a community-driven platform for upliftment and social transformation. Under the leadership of its dedicated team — including CEO Mrs. Simi Kaushik, Director Prashant Sharma, and Environmentalist Ayush Rajput — the foundation blends compassion with action. With headquarters in Nahan, Himachal Pradesh, and support from both military and civil society circles, ASSWF continues to grow as a beacon of hope for marginalized groups across the state.
